Has Todd & Ken secured any additional groups to sign the petition?
I was wondering if in outskirt communities that know of these Bigfoots/Forest Peoples, if the people would be inclined to sign petitions in support of protecting Bigfoot.
How would the 'Petition to Protect Bigfoot' benefit communities to be in support of protection. Is there something environmentally or commercially that would be a benefit if the Bigfoot in the area was protected? Would the petition assist in helping to keep the Bigfoot in the outskirt wild areas away from the areas that humans habitat?
What I mean is would the people in certain outskirt areas prefer that Bigfoot stay away in its' own wild areas; such that a petition to protect Bigfoot (and maybe humans also) may assist in insuring that the Bigfoot habitats remain isolated from humans.
Of course large corporations such as logging and other industries would find this financially disruptive and do everything within their powers to stop any interference with the corporate businesses & industries invading the forest habitats for profits. Corporations (logging, etc.) are notorious for infiltrating environmental and other groups that affect their profits, for the sole disruptive purpose of undermining by doubt, conflict and skepticism.
What does everyone out there think about the various corporations' lobbying and propaganda to stop the 'petition protection of Bigfoot' and it's habitats?

Do you know for a fact that the govt. is trying to block this petition? U.S. or Canadian govt.? It seems to me that in trying to block legislation there would be an uncharacteristic admission of plausability on their part. Corporations trying to block it, sorry. If it's true thats absokutley horrible. Remember, lobbyists are so saavy, they'll almost have you agreeing with them. Probably argue since BF not yet verified, would be a waste of govt's time.

Outlying communities could potentially profit in a number of ways. The potential for harm to both towns and BF is also very poss. and likely. Everything creates it's own pros and cons. In many cases BF might well be better off if officially declared not to exist! things also might have sharp contrasts in relation to regional considerations in terms of both environmental and cultural (re)actions to said petition regardless of BF's status in terms of being fact or fiction.
